VOYSA Thanksgiving 2014......In Pictures and Words

So the annual thanksgiving held on the 13th of December 2014 and was very colorful with members dressing in their traditional attires. The 2015 calender was also launched which features the Hebrew months as well as their Gregorian counterparts. This will teach believers how to use the biblical system of identifying the months of the year.

Visiting Prophetess Joy Onyejiaka ministered and spoke about the need to rebuild the alter of Yahweh. This was followed by a series of donations by members to contribute to the re-building of the alter as seen in 1 Kings 18 vs 30.

Each family brought assorted varieties of dishes and everyone was allowed to choose what they wanted to eat.

2014 was a great year for VOYSA and we all look forward to an even better year 2015!

Hallowed be thy name. What name?

It is amazing how much believers take for granted. Today we will talk about an all too important part of salvation which most do not realize.

The name of our God and the name of his only begotten son.

In what is popularly known today as the Lord's prayer. A portion of it says "hallowed be thy name". Now if you pause for a second to ask yourself what name is being referred to here...someone may conclude that the name is God or Almighty God. This is an error in the sense that those are quite simply put, titles. Our God has a personal name that He revealed to the children of Israel. It is that name which he told Moses to tell the children of Israel. It is also that same name which He said his only begotten son will come in so that the world may know that He sent him.

Voice of Yahweh Salvation Assembly (VOYSA) is an assembly of members of the body of Yahshua who believe that our heavenly Father Yahweh is creator of all that exists and is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. He sent his only begotten son Yahshua our Messiah to manifest in this world as flesh and bear the sins of the entire world and give his life by being hanged on a tree so that all men can be saved by believing and accepting this gift of Salvation. 

The scripture says: Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of Yahweh - children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband's will, but born of Yahweh. (John 1 vs 12 - NIV)

Beloved, we live in the end times and now more than ever before it is imperative that every human being make the most important decision of all;

The decision of where to spend eternity! The scripture says: And it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgement. (Hebrews 9 vs 27 - NKJV)

It really does not matter what the opinion of the world is, anymore than it matters what the opinion of a TV is to the manufacturer, for it is subject to the manufacturers will, same way as all things created are subject to the will of the creator. So the circular world can advertise all its opinions but guess what? It does not matter. You can make a choice today, a choice that will guarantee you eternity in a world that makes this one look like a dustbin where the true meaning of life will be experienced and where Yahshua reigns as king.

This blog will share deep insights from the teachings of Nabi Abraham Okoyah and other anointed  men of Yahweh in the hope that someone somewhere will read them and connect with the Holy Spirit, who has the power to turn the heart back to the ways of our creator and prepare that soul for the final reaping on the last day.
